So I was trying to be creative today and the sharper image here is a reflection in the mirror of the flower. Didn't really turn out as great as I had hoped, but I believe this is due to shooting in the bathroom, (hahahah) and if I pulled back anymore, it would show bathroom reflections or the hardware on the mirrors.
