I spotted the image on this site. The caption is in Russian (I think), but from what I gather the life-size sculpture, strongly reminiscent of a Barbie doll, is the work of artist Robert Gligorov, from an exhibition at the Vanhoecke art gallery in Paris in 2006. Whether transsexual or hermaphrodite, the doll is impressive.
Interestingly enough, another artist, photographer Manuel Antonio Velandia has used much the same concept, on a different scale, apparently aiming to emphasise the discrimination suffered by transsexuals: in the InVisibles: Transgressive Natures Exhibition which opened on 31 March 2010 at the University of Alicante, Velandia's photos depict unconventionally transsexual, but in every other aspect conventional, Barbie dolls.
