In 1945/1946, Walt Disney studio artist John Hench and artist Salvador Dalí worked jointly on the storyboard of Destino, a short animated film inspired by Dalí's surreal universe. Apparently, because of financial concerns the project was shelved, and it wasn't until 1999 that Roy Edward Disney (Walt Disney's nephew) decided to revive and complete the project.
The result is the short film you can watch below - made mostly by traditional techniques and some computer animation. Its aesthetic is arguably more Disney than Dalí - improbably 'clean' textures and sanitised surrealism; what Dalí would make of it today is hard to guess. You can read more about Destino in Wired.
