More of a Gonzo frog, of Muppets fame, if you ask me... Only the males have this long bit - I wonder why I'm not surprised. The Foja Mountains are located in Indonesian New Guinea, in case you didn't know (clearly, the National Geographic assumes it's a well known fact and omits the location).
