info on the Click five..
Power pop quintet the Click Five formed in Boston in mid-2003. Lead guitarist Joe Guese, bassist Ethan Mentzer, and keyboardist Ben Romans were students at the Berklee School of Music when they captured the attention of svengali manager Wayne Sharp, a longtime jazz promoter whose first attempt at creating a pinup-ready pop combo, Candy (featuring future Guns N' Roses guitarist Gilby Clarke), ended in commercial disaster when the group's hotly tipped 1985 debut, Whatever Happened to Fun, flopped at retail. After signing Guese, Mentzer, and Romans, Sharp added another Berklee student, drummer Joey Zehr, who recommended childhood friend Eric Dill to fill the band's frontman slot. Upon receiving their Sharp-issued matching mod-influenced suits and salon-styled haircuts, the Click Five began honing their chops on the Boston nightclub circuit, and in the spring of 2004 cut their first two-song demo session. A four-song tape quickly followed, and within a month the group signed to Lava Records, soon after touring the U.S. in support of Ashlee Simpson and releasing an EP, Angel to You (Devil to Me). The Click Five's debut LP, Greetings from Imrie House, followed in the summer of 2005 amid a flurry of licensed lunchboxes, trading cards, and hair products. The album was also supported via tour dates in support of the Backstreet Boys. After replacing Dill with singer/guitarist (and fellow Berklee alum) Kyle Patrick, Modern Minds and Pastimes followed in 2007. ~ Jason Ankeny, All Music Guide

Day 2 Workshop, We head down to the Docks

The picture says it all....a fantastic day! We worked with transparent and opaque paint down at our local shipyard, full of boats and great shapes. Wonderful paintings by all today.
The next image shows Sharon's painting at the early stage with only a gesso drawing covered by a yellow glaze. Later, next image, she was painting with opaques. John created a dynamic composition using the dock and boat shapes, using acrylic, building uplayers of paint with a red underpainting. Last image, a charming rendering of the skiffs on the dock.

Plein Air Workshop, Great Day for Everyone!

Lorette joined us from Texas, and we loved having her paint with us. She cut loose with color!
Wendy Woods with her San Juan barn series. She used black gesso, lavender glaze, and opaques last to create this oil painting.
Lisa McHugh's excellent composition of fenceposts leading us to the barn. Barbara's painting looking out across the fields. Though she didn't think it was done, we all liked that she left a big open space in the foreground. What to do with all that grass????????
The fourth image is today's demonstration painting from our beautiful day at Sarah Robert's family farm overlooking San Juan Valley. 15 of us spread out around the farm and each of us found an intriguing view point. In fact there were painting possibilities everywhere we looked. We talked about getting started with thumbnail sketches and looked at the working sketchbook of long-time San Juan Artist, Elvera Spivey. We looked at some fine examples of plein air painting by unlikely artist not known for his outdoor work, Morandi( the bottle guy). I promoted the idea of working with simple compositions. For the demonstration we gathered under an oak tree, and I showed ways to begin, both with a conte start, and with thinned out paint. I worked starting at the top and far back, working forward with a palette knife. Also showed mixing right on the canvas. Many wonderful paintings were created today, Congratulations to all who participated on our land and sea plein air workshop!
Painting from Sarah Robert's farm sold, proceeds to benefit San Juan Preservation Trust.

By the title you should know what my post is about right?
Duhh..!
Ok, we all understand that a HTC phone is like the hottest phone this days ait's?
But witness how revolution of 'telephones' made its way up to simplicity..
HTC MAGIC!

Isn't this phone SIMPLE? Of course it is!
Well all phones are simple. Lol!
Now take a look at my handphone timeline,
from present to past..
Present
The phone im using now.. W760I!

Since: Aug 2008 - Present
----------------------------------------------------------
My ex-handphone aka DARLING Sayang! Hahas!
K700I

We divorced when she 'broked' up..
Since: Nov 2007 - July 2008
If i could remember fairly,
this phone was losing its fame during that time..
-------------------------------------------------------------
Now for my first and ever first BFF.....
__*** drum rolls!!!***__
My first phone the Nokia Model 3330
and the color skin was RED !!!
My favourite colour back then..
So here it is..

Since: 2005-2007
Well, thats all i have of my handphone collections..
--------------------------------------------------------
So now back to the QUESTION!
HTC Magic VS. my 1st ever mobile phone
So now you know what my 1st phone look like?
Duhh...!

HTC Magic's features :
First but not least this phone is a
Touch Screen!
Long lasting battery!
So lets start the tour..

Google service & GPS
Internet!!!
That's what we mostly do in our free time, surf the net TWIT on

You can also login to Youtube with this phone. And of course Google here and there!

Great bluetooth speed, 3.2 megapixel camera and you can view your microsoft files ( WORD AND EXCEL) through this phone, and do your work on the spot while waiting!
Now for HTC Magic's ultimate features!

Smart Dialer
Do remember hearing a term called 'Smart dialer' in the 1990's? No right. Well this smart dialer thing helps you search numbers inside your stored hp memory. No more scrolling in your phonebook for your friend's number, that just waste your time.

Get synchronized with your inbox!
No wasting time switching on our laptops or computers to check your mails! This HTC Magic feature helps you check your e-mails and allow you to run down errands from the boss anywhere, anytime to get promoted. Lol. So now no skipping work!

Android Market
You desperate, and want new application/games to show off to your friends? Well no plugging in extension wires or USBs because with Android Market, you can download instant applications to your HTC Magic and have fun!
An example of the Android Market application would be..

Twitgit Lite!
As all of you know people nowadays like to twit on twitter, so Twitgit Lite will be a great application for you to download from the Android Market. This application able's you to write what you are doing on that place; that time. Cool right? Well it should be! When you are stress, stress out your feelings on twitter before you start throwing things including your own handphone. Update your personal experience with it example:-

For guys who twit, no worries of dying early!
So don't waste your time switching on your laptops and waste electricity. So next time just update it through Twitgit Lite!
---------------------------------------------------------------
Well thats all about HTC Magic so now lets talk about my phone!
My Nokia 3330!

No touch screen!
No 3.2 megapixel camera!
No Internet Connection and Google!
No Smart Dialer!
No Android Market!
No Bluetooth!
No built-in radio!
No card slot!
But...
There is a phonebook! .. duhh..!
There are monophonic ringtones!
There is WAP!
There are games!
There are multi-language functions!
Long lasting battery!
There is a calculator!
Can change colour skin!
----------------------------------------------
So a clear contrast can be seen.. my Nokia 3330 is really for my grandfather, Lol.

Which would you prefer?
My Nokia 3330 or a HTC Magic?
No wrong or right answers. everyone deserves to comment. Do comment on my tagboard. Please state your name.
If you still have an old model of a handphone, no matter what brand, do keep it. You may not know that in the future your old handphone might be an antique and it will cost people a fortune to buy it!

So it all ends here..
